國民黨總統初選民調今、明兩天登場，立法院長王金平今天(12日)表示，樂見國民黨總統被提名人選順利出線，他祝福洪秀柱，也替洪秀柱加油。
國民黨12日、13日展開總統初選民調，外界高度關注立法院副院長洪秀柱能否通過30%的民調門檻。
立法院長王金平12日受訪時表示，他樂見國民黨順利產生總統大選被提名人，也要替洪秀柱加油打氣，王金平說：『(原音)我們提名人能順利出線的，我想很多人都樂觀其成。(記者：樂觀其成，所以院長也是嗎？)對呀，這很自然的結果。(記者：院長，民調這今天要開始了，你等一下要見到洪副院長，會跟她說什麼嗎？)我跟她加油、跟她祝福。』
由於王金平日前表示願「義不容辭」接受黨中央徵召參選總統，挺王派連日來也動作頻頻，外界討論即使洪秀柱順利通過初選，但最後能否順利獲得提名似乎還有變數。媒體詢問王金平，洪秀柱若是順利出線，國民黨總統初選是否還會有變化？王金平則回答，他不曉得。
